There's a narrow window before standing water starts causing secondary damage. Our Water Extraction process is built entirely around closing that window as fast as possible.

We measure extraction success with a moisture meter, not a visual check, because a floor can look dry on top while the material underneath is still saturated.
We'd rather explain the water extraction process in plain terms upfront than have you find out the hard way what a shortcut costs later.
These four things matter together, not in isolation — certification, speed, honest pricing, and the right equipment are what actually change the outcome of a water extraction call.
Ask for credentials before the work starts, not after — a legitimate water extraction specialist will have them ready.
Our trucks carry commercial extraction equipment that outperforms portable units on every metric that matters.
We don't call extraction complete until the meter confirms it.
Local staging is the difference between a 20-minute wait and a two-hour one.
You get a written quote before extraction starts, based on the actual scope of the loss.
We don't treat water extraction as a single generic task — each part of the process below gets its own specific approach.
We clear bulk water fast, then move into detailed extraction of carpet, pad, and subfloor.
Laminate and engineered flooring get a gentler extraction approach to avoid further delamination.
We weigh carpet before and after extraction on larger jobs to confirm moisture removal.
Concrete slabs absorb and hold moisture differently than wood subfloor, which changes our extraction approach.
We flag which contents are worth extraction versus replacement before starting work.
We don't consider extraction finished until readings confirm it, not just a visual check.
This is the same sequence every water extraction job follows, regardless of size.
A real person answers, asks a few fast questions, and routes the nearest available crew.
The truck that arrives is stocked specifically for Water Extraction jobs, not a generic handyman setup.
The assessment sets the whole plan, so we don't rush it even when the visible damage looks minor.
Work continues until the job meets our documented completion standard, verified before we call it done.

Grace T., Lehi"They tested the pad separately from the carpet, which I didn't expect but appreciated."
Nathaniel W., Lehi"No surprise charges — the quote matched the invoice exactly."
Bianca H., Lehi"The flat-rate quote held even though the job ran a little longer than expected."
Corinne W., Lehi"They explained why the pad needed separate testing from the carpet, which made sense once I saw the readings."
